Operations Director
Russ is responsible for the systems which sit behind the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and we are constantly improving the experience for both tenants and landlords.
Lucy Reah
Sales & Marketing Directo
Lucy is responsible for sales and marketing – speaking with new landlords and ensuring that we reach tenants through all available channels.
Louisa
Admin Manager
Louisa is the first point of call with landlords – keeping them up to date on what’s happening in their properties. She chases tracks the rents receivable and is first point of call for tenants.
Charlotte
Lettings Co-ordinator
Carrie keeps everything organised before tenants move in – progressing applications, creating contracts, arranging move-ins checking tenants in and answering any questions they have about their room/house. Carrie also conducts the end of tenancy check-out reports.
